returns & exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges (with the exception of live and mystery sales). Contact us within 3 days of delivery, and ship it back within 7 days. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs. Items must be returned in original condition. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value of the product.​

We do not accept returns or cancellations,  but please feel free to message us if there are any problems with your order.

Because each sign is hand-painted and assembled especially for you, it will ship in approximately 1-4 weeks, depending on time of year, with 3-5 business day delivery.  Shirts, bows, poofs, and wreaths will ship within 5 business days.

We will accept rush orders, so please feel free to contact us for our production schedule availability. Choosing the rush option will get your sign shipped within 7 BUSINESS DAYS with 2-3 day Priority Mail, unless you choose the Express Mail option.

If you would like to order more than one sign and combine packaging, please send us a message so we can combine the shipment and decrease your shipping costs. Ships to United States and Canada only.

​Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, or post delays.

LIVE AND MYSTERY SALES ARE FINAL. If your package is delivered damaged, please let us know within 3 days of delivery so that we can respond appropriately.

VERY IMPORTANT: If you sign arrives damaged, please save all packaging and take a photo of it and send to us. This helps us ensure quality service/shipping.
